Position Overview:
We are looking for a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, adaptable, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting and financial services for a diverse range of clients
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to oversee client accounts, transactions, and financial reporting
- Prepare budgets and cash flow projections
- Prepare clients for audits which will include converting cash basis/accrual basis books to GAAP accounting
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline processes and deliver exceptional value to clients
- Manage your work effectively, balancing multiple clients and projects with precision
- Work closely with internal teams, contributing ideas and supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Deliver excellent client service through clear communication, responsiveness, and strong relationship-building skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
- 3+ years of experience in audit or a similar financial role
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and a genuine interest in their application within the accounting field
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy, client-facing environment
- Excellent organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing competing deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills – you must be able to interact with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders in a clear, professional manner
- A go-getter attitude, with a passion for finding creative solutions and contributing new ideas
- A team player who is always willing to pitch in and help the team achieve success

- Salary range – $85k-$100k (commensurate with experience)

- 125 Plan
- 401(k) with 25% match of employee contribution after one year
- PTO – 20 days per year (accrued monthly)

Audit Associate

Position Overview:
Join our accounting firm’s professional team that is engaged in business consultancy. Responsibilities of an audit associate include performing audit and assurance services for business clients to determine compliance with professional standards. Assess entity’s internal controls. Identifies Information System needs of clients, identify fraud and waste and generally, to improve client management capabilities by providing useful data and analytical tools. Audits lead to preparation of professional opinions and audit reports with conclusions and recommendations for improved management control Audit associates participate in preparation of accurate financial statements.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Accounting or closely related
- 1 year of experience as audit associate
