With over 25 years of experience in consulting with clients on various tax matters such as estate and gift planning, structuring of partnerships, state and local tax issues, as well as providing general tax advice. She has worked with clients in nearly every industry including but not limited to manufacturing, real estate and service sectors and has concentrated on the needs unique to the closely-owned business, their owners and families.
Throughout her tax career, Rebecca has gained general business and management skills that she currently uses to serve her clients. She spends an ample amount of her time as a Legacy Wealth Coach®, providing guidance to individuals and families; as well as a certified Kolbe Method™ consultant, providing organizational development and employment consulting.
In addition to helping high-net-worth families with tax-minimization strategies for asset growth, protection and transfer of wealth from one generation to the next, Rebecca also helps families more effectively transfer wealth between generations using our unique values-based model. By using human, intellectual, social, and structural capitals to strengthen financial capital, Rebecca is able to enhance traditional estate planning practices.
Prior to joining Rose Snyder & Jacobs, Rebecca was a senior tax manager at Deloitte and Touche, specializing in pass through entity taxation.
