Tax Partner
Craig Frye is the Partner in charge of the Tax Department at Rose, Snyder & Jacobs. He has over 20 years of combined public and corporate accounting experience. He performs the role of a trusted advisor to large public companies, small owner-operated businesses and high-net-worth individuals, including their family offices, real estate clients, healthcare clients, and entertainment clients. He has extensive experience in audits with the IRS, Franchise Tax Board & State Board of Equalization along with vast knowledge of pass-through entities and real estate taxation.
In addition to helping high-net-worth families with tax-minimization strategies for asset growth, protection, and transfer of wealth from one generation to the next, Craig also helps families more effectively transfer wealth between generations using our unique values-based model. By using human, intellectual, social, and structural capitals to strengthen financial capital, Craig is able to enhance traditional estate planning practices.
