Alan Kazden is a father of 2 college boys and husband to his high school sweetheart.   The same passion he brings to his family, is duplicated with his clients.  He is so enthusiastic about what he does, that he has been doing it effectively from the same seat for over 30 years. Literally. He took a job at RSJ straight out of college after earning his degree and now acts as a partner in the Audit Practice, Financial Accounting Service Practice and the Tax practice.

Alan has also focused in compliance and audit representation for local and sales tax issues.  He served as a consultant to the Mayor’s Office and Los Angeles City Council on local tax issues and has impacted numerous emerging growth companies helping with strategic business planning, partnering and even raising capital.
