Shiri joined RSJ in 2008 and is currently a Manager in both the audit and accounting departments. Her 10 years of experience has allowed Shiri to cultivate and sustain her concentrated practice areas which include but are not limited to, Private Companies and Business Management, along with a specialization in Public Companies. Shiri works closely with her clients to identify their long and short-term business goals and aligns their business management strategy to meet their objectives. In addition to SEC filings, annual financial statements and annual reviews, Shiri also works to help her clients streamline their back-office accounting processes.

By providing an assortment of CFO services such as (but not limited to), general ledger maintenance, audit preparation, financial reporting, forecasts and projections Shiri is able to help address for her client’s key areas, an in-house CFO would normally handle.
